Service Description

These are one on one immersive nutrition classes geared toward transforming the way you shop and cook. Our classroom is your local grocery store and your home kitchen. Learning how to stock your pantry and prepare food for optimum nutrition and flavor is not only fun, but it can greatly improve and extend your life. We'll meet at your home for a Kitchen/ Pantry audit, then we'll head to your regular grocery store together before returning back to your home for a meal prep session.
